Shipping Policy

Return And Refund Policy
At MSMForever.in , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below
- Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
Eligibility for Returns:
Initiating a Return:
- Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can reach us via email at support@msmforever.in or by phone at +91 9998469514. Please provide your order number and reason for the return when contacting us.
- Return Authorization: Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) along with a copy of your original invoice or receipt. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your items.
Refund Process:
- Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify their eligibility for a refund.
- Refund Notification: We will notify you via email once your return has been received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Issuance: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and show it in your statement.
Late or missing refunds

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@msmforever.in and send your item to physical location. Check address below
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Exclusions and Limitations:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or refund.
- Personalized and Customized Items: Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items:
